Warranty Coverage & Information
All Aeschbach watches are covered by a 24-month international warranty.
In the event an item is replaced under warranty, the replacement typically inherits the remaining warranty period from the original purchase. For instance, if a watch comes with our standard two-year warranty and is replaced after one year, the new item would be covered for the remaining one year. This means the warranty duration continues from the original purchase date and does not reset upon replacement.
Please note that certain restrictions apply, as outlined below.
The Aeschbach two-year international warranty covers the following:
- Movement failure
- Hands detaching
- Manufacturing defects
- Significant time loss or gain within the first year
- Water ingress (subject to appropriate use and within the watch's water resistance rating)
- Battery replacement
- Strap or bracelet
- Water leakage from shower or bath use
- Scratched, loose, or lost bezels, including the loss of the pip
- Damage due to misuse or accidental damage
- Loss of watch pins holding the strap
- Scratched, chipped, or broken glass
- Broken or detached crown
- Scratched, damaged, or loose case back
- Faults or damage from repairs attempted by unauthorized service centers
- Water ingress caused by leaving the crown unscrewed, including thermal shock (e.g., moving from a hot environment into cold water)
Note: All repair and warranty work during the 24-month warranty period must be performed by an authorized Aeschbach repair center.
Unauthorized repairs will void the warranty and result in a chargeable repair.
If your watch has a custom strap, an aftermarket strap, or any strap that differs from the standard strap supplied with the model, we recommend removing it before sending the watch for repair.
In some cases, a watch may be replaced rather than repaired. If this happens, the replacement watch will normally be supplied with the standard strap specified for that model. Removing any non-standard strap before shipment helps prevent it from being lost or inadvertently exchanged.
If your watch has sentimental value or is engraved, please contact us before sending it for repair. In some cases, your watch may be replaced, and the original may not be returned.

Registration is not required, but it can be helpful if you misplace your invoice or proof of purchase when filing a warranty claim.
Additional Information
Warranties are non-transferable.
Full warranty coverage applies only to watches purchased from an authorized dealer.
Items sold at significantly reduced prices may be ex-military, police, security industry surplus, or grey market watches.
