To process your order Aeschbach needs your name, address, phone number and email address if available. We give you the opportunity to elect not to receive future contact from us although if you want to be kept informed of new models you can tick the newsletter box.

Whenever you provide personal information (for example, a credit or debit card number to make a purchase), we take all reasonable steps to ensure this remains confidential. An example of this is the strong encryption to 128SSL standard which is used in the secure areas of the Aeschbach site. When you order by Credit or Debit Card the card number is used solely for payment processing requirements and is not retained once the purchase has been completed.

We never release any of your personal information to other companies or individuals without your permission with the exception of course of providing your name and address to the Courier Company or Post Office who are delivering your order.

Any data which Aeschbach needs to store for after sale applications such as warranties is stored securely at the office through which you ordered. This could be Switzerland, North America, Australia, Germany or Gibraltar. Regardless of location all Aeschbach offices apply the same rigid standards and all client records are kept on secure encrypted databases.

Aeschbach use cookies for a number of reasons. The main reason is that cookies enable us to track your information during the sales process. The cookies on our site do not track individual information. Cookies used by Aeschbach are not used outside of our order processing department.
